Inspection
Upon Delivery: Upon receiving the product, please inspect it for any
physical damage. Request replacements for transport-related damages
directly from the shipping or cargo company. Ensure all included
accessories are present and complete.
Packaging
and Documents: Retain the original box/packaging, accessories, and
invoice for future service requirements.
Product
Identification: Ensure the product barcode, model, and serial number
remain undamaged. If these identifiers are unreadable or defaced, the
product warranty will be void.
Intended
Use: The product must not be used for purposes other than its intended
use. The manufacturer/seller accepts no liability for any injuries or
damages resulting from improper use.
Electrical
Safety and Installation: Electrical connections must only be performed
by qualified professionals. Ensure the main power supply is turned off
during installation.
Damaged
Cables: Do not operate the product if the power cables are damaged.
Failure to comply may result in death, serious injury, or property damage.
Pre-Installation
Check: Before beginning installation, ensure that the cables and the
external body of the product are completely undamaged.
Voltage
Compatibility: Ensure that the input voltage does not exceed the
operating voltage specified on the product label. The seller cannot be
held liable for malfunctions caused by voltage incompatibility, and such
faults will not be covered under warranty.
Mounting
Accessories: Only use the additional hardware and mounting accessories
specified by our company for installation.
Mains
Connection: Grid connections must comply with the national electrical
installation regulations of the respective country, using appropriate
connection materials.
Grounding
and Leakage: Do not install or use the product in areas with
electrical leakage.
Insulation:
Cable connection points must be securely insulated using terminal blocks
or self-amalgamating tape.
Unauthorized
Modifications: Do not attempt to modify, repair, alter, or physically
intervene with the product in any way. Any unauthorized intervention may
cause material damage and will void the product warranty.
